NOËL NOCCIOLO

As an independent master trainer, Noël has had the great privilege of creating programming, mentoring and training indoor cycling instructors for boutique studios throughout Southeast Asia, Latin America and Europe. She works as a consultant behind-the-scenes to help studio founders realize their brands, worldwide. Prior to international consulting and teacher trainings, Noël taught cycling at studios and gyms in NYC. Before her life on the bike, she worked as a freelance journalist, profiling artists and musicians, and grew up performing onstage. Noël believes that great music, smart training (with a little humor thrown in!), and an intention-based practice on the bike help us achieve our goals off the bike.
