Darbi Worley has been a group fitness addict since the time she learned to walk. As a small child, she started kicking and punching in her family’s karate schools which lead her to become an aerobics instructor (that’s what it was called 30 years ago) during her college years. 

While she has taught numerous formats everywhere from Minnesota to New York City to London, indoor cycling is her absolute favorite. Each ride is equal parts heart-pounding intensity, belly laughs, and life-coaching. That nay-saying voice in the back of your head doesn’t stand a chance.

Speaking of voices, when you hear Darbi on the mic, you will be unsurprised to learn that she is a successful voice actor. You’ve definitely heard her selling you something somewhere.
